The Sakthi Medical Center project required a high-precision sterile environment. Zenlocare provided a comprehensive solution that included:
- Modular Wall Panels: Installed seamless, antibacterial PUF-insulated modular cleanroom panels.
- Laminar Airflow System: customized ceiling-mounted laminar airflow unit with HEPA filtration (0.3 micron).
- Epoxy Flooring: Conductive anti-static epoxy flooring for seamless hygiene.
- Surgical Control Panel: Integrated digital control panel for temperature, humidity, and lighting control.
- Hermetic Doors: Automated sliding hermetically sealed doors to maintain positive pressure.
The project was completed on time and handed over with full NABH compliance documentation.
